She helped me select frame and mat combinations that really complemented the art. Once I placed the order, she followed up with some arrangement options for the gallery wall and sent mounting heights for all frames for the arrangement I chose. In addition to the automated messages, Hannah personally reached out to let me know that my frames were in and we reviewed them all in person. All pieces looked perfect and they even smoothed out some of the crinkled pieces that were once shoved in my child’s school backpack. Overall it was a 5/5 experience and Hannah’s attention to detail and great customer service were exceptional. I’ve already returned to work with her again on a couple of other items.
