Hannah is truly the greatest! She is always incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to assist me with my orders, which can be quite large at times since I’m typically purchasing artwork for our corporate headquarters in Santa Monica. She is always supportive, communicative, and extremely attentive to detail. I really appreciate how much care she puts into making sure everything is exactly right, especially when it comes to quality and the specific needs of each order. Hannah is an absolute pleasure to work with, and her customer service is exceptional. I’m always grateful for her help and highly recommend working with her!

This was my first time having anything professionally framed. Dom made the whole experience so enjoyable and less intimidating than I was expecting. Dom shared the excitement and enthusiasm that I did for my piece and when we were creating the finished project his advice and guidance helped create something I love! Everything was communicated well and when there was a small hiccup with a plaque placement Dom went above and beyond to make my vision come true. It is not often anymore that interactions in stores feel genuine but when working with Dom his enjoyment of designing and his respect for people’s cherished belongings really shone through. I will definitely be returning to frame more items and would recommend Dom and the Framebridge team to others who are looking to have something special preserved. Thank you again Dom!

What a sheer delight to have a frame store as wonderful and welcoming and nearby as Framebridge! Their work is top-notch and so too is their friendly staff. Everyone is a great example of excellence in customer service, as well as very skilled in their framing knowledge. Hannah, thank you for all your smiles, warmth, kindness, and great service. We continue to stop by on our walks, just to say hi, since everyone is so nice. We will definitely return for our framing needs.

I came to Framebridge with a large concert poster framing project and was lucky enough to connect with Hannah. She has been absolutely wonderful to work with. Every poster is different, and every wall has its own aesthetic, so there is no one-size-fits-all approach. The goal is to create an eclectic, varied gallery using different colors, textures, and framing styles while staying true to the character of each individual poster. Hannah completely understands the vision. She is incredibly thoughtful, creative, and collaborative, and brings such a great eye to every decision. Each piece requires something different, and she has an incredible ability to figure out exactly what will make it shine while still working within the larger collection. I could not be more thrilled every time a finished piece is delivered. Hannah is exceptionally talented at what is actually a very nuanced and tricky job, and she has made this entire project such a pleasure. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Dom is an absolute gem! ive worked with him on countless projects now and every time he managed to surprise me every time. He is efficient, creative, thoughtful and has such a great eye. I make sure he is there each time before I come in! He doesn’t just help me frame . . . . he brings pieces to life, knowing when to keep things simple and when to have a little fun with things. At this point I go into Framebridge to not just have things framed but to catchup with my new friend Dom. The best!
