- BABrayant AquinoJul 31, 20261.0According to the staff these meta had scratches that made them not meet their expectations for a return. Two different staff members said different things about the frames. One said that there was only that simple scratch on it that the manager need to make the final decision which I was at the store for 30 minutes and she was on her lunch break and couldn’t seem them at the moment I was there. I asked if she was going to be at the store the next day which the employee said yes. So I showed up the next day to find out the managers wasn’t in that the second employee the inspected the glasses that day was covering for her 😂. Just to be told that there’s other things strong with the glasses which to his opinion his manager wasn’t going to accept the return. Which is fine that return wasn’t accepted if they felt the glasses frames were damaged to their standards but don’t tell me to come in the next day for the manager to make final decision about them and then to show up and she’s not even there waste of an hour in this store. If the manager is so committed to the company 5 minutes during her so call break to check the glasses wouldn’t be so much trouble for a company she act like she’s committed to. Wouldn’t be purchasing anything here
