  This company is top notch! I brought in an old watch my partner loved, but stuck it in a drawer for decades. The staff is awesome and very helpful. The watch was fixed and is working perfectly. He is so excited to have his watch back. Thank you for the excellent service!

  Dell Williams is an amazing and special place. And the owners are super kind and generous- who I know- always contribute to our community quietly. One of the proudest moments in my life was on graduation day for my child. When they announced the outstanding student award- they announced my child’s best friend’s name. As they were about to announce- he said he held his friends hand, and said - “no matter what happens, you are my best friend.” And his best friend won it. I know my child was extremely disappointed and perhaps heartbroken . But the fact that he didn’t start sobbing, kept it together, congratulated his friend and told him he deserved it. And walked back down the aisle and embraced his friends and ate with them. This was something he worked towards for the past 3 years. Dell Williams helped me pick out a watch for him- and actually told me to buy something less expensive. My boy was so excited seeing the Dell Williams bag and opening his gift. He cried when he saw the watch. And to be honest, I could not be prouder giving him this gift. I am so grateful our community has Dell Williams to commemorate our moments in life…and my secret purchases. Thank you Dell Williams- you are truly a special place. And I will continue to save money to buy my lifetime purchases.

  My wife and I stopped in to see if they could fix a silver bracelet of mine with a broken link, and I’m so glad we did. While they worked on it, we walked around the store and were really impressed with the selection, it fits our style way better than other spots nearby. Ivy helped us try on a few pieces we Loved, and even showed us some diamond rings, which is a long-term goal for us. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful the whole time. They fixed my bracelet in just a few minutes for only $5. We left feeling really happy we walked in and grateful to have met Ivy. Highly recommend!

  Friendly, they know everything about everything I asked, thorough on the watch repairs and generally helpful as you could hope for. Not a jewelry or watch authority, but looked like a great selection. Bowls of candy too.
