I was in the dressing room and when I left the room I realized it was closing time already. And was extremely apologetic because I didn’t realize and I said sorry and Have a great rest of your night but all three employees proceeded to give me a stank face. I understand that the employees wanted to go home, but I simply did not know. Would’ve appreciated a warning next time.

Then the next day, I went to a different Windsor location & they said the only store that had my size is at Valley Fair. So I went back to purchase the dress and the lady told me I could return the other size dress. I explained I did remove the tag but did not wear the dress & she said that's fine so I purchased the new size. When I came back the 3rd time to return the dress, they wouldn't allow me & gave me a hard time. Even accusing me of wearing the dress saying it smells like perfume. The audacity. I didn't catch her name but she has long dark hair and a big attitude. She was rude and accusatory & left me feeling disgusted by their actions. Eye rolls & so judgemental for no reason.
