  I absolutely love shopping at Marc Jacobs in Valley Fair. I had a wonderful time at both the Summer “Beat the Heat” and Spring “Sip & Shop” events. The team there is incredibly sweet, welcoming, and they really make you feel like a VIP every time you walk in. I also loved the fresh flowers at their events—they were gorgeous and make the whole vibe feel so special. Huge thanks to the amazing staff for always putting together these cool events. I’m already looking forward to the next one!

  This by far is the worst store. The staff are rude and lazy and full of themselves. Lie to guests about promotions to get them in and then tell them the bag they put on hold doesn’t qualify. Why would I spend any money at a store where the staff doesn’t give a damn if you buy or don’t. The best part is it starts at the top with the princess witch that is the manager. Also it is 2026 if you’re going to sell online your stores should be able to help with exchanges or returns. I went to buy a bag and left with nothing and returned my online order because I want nothing to do with a brand that treats its guests with such contempt and disrespect.

  Definitely will not be returning to this location. As soon as I walked in I immediately felt like the workers didn’t want me there. I was followed around the store the entire time. It was a very uncomfortable situation. The women in charge also commented on my form of payment as if my debit card wasn’t legit. So if u like to feel discriminated, go to this location.
