- APApple Gay PetersonJun 16, 20241.0I spent over $700 dollars on clothes at this brick and mortar store on Wednesday only to realize that one of the dresses still had the sensor attached. I was truly bummed out because I was planning to wear the dress for father’s day (today). I only visited the Jcrew store because I went to drop off my daughter to the airport in San Jose. When I called I explained the problem and the lady was less than apologetic, actually there were no apologies whatsoever. I usually have the tendency to mirror others and she was downright rude and disrespectful. She made it clear that she had no time. She said, look you just have to come back and we’ll remove it for you! I was like, I live 40 miles away and I did NOT want to drive back there for this. How did this become my fault. Anyway, the woman won’t stop cutting me off and I asked why couldn’t they send me a prepaid mailer and I’ll ship it and they can mail it back. I have the receipt and will be happy to mail it too. Why should I be inconvenienced further for this? Anyway, she was clearly irritated and seriously lacking any kind of empathy today.
