  I decided to give Express another chance after not shopping there since 2023. I purchased a few items in store about two weeks ago, and the in-store service was actually amazing. However, within a short window after my purchase, I noticed the same items were heavily discounted online. I called customer support to ask for a price adjustment, but they said Express no longer offers price matching. Instead, I was told I would have to go back to the store, return the items, and repurchase them online to get the lower price. That is extremely inconvenient for customers and honestly makes no sense. Stores like Abercrombie make this process so much easier. You can quickly chat with customer service online, and they take care of the adjustment right away. This is probably one of the reasons companies like Abercrombie continue to grow while Express keeps losing customers. Unfortunately, I’ll be returning my purchase and shopping somewhere else.

  I drove from Palo Alto specially to the Express store at Westfield Santa Clara; both the website and Google Maps say the store is open until 9 PM. I arrived around 8:20 PM, picked several items, and at 8:30 PM went to the fitting rooms. Employees blocked the entrance and said the fitting rooms were closed, even though a couple had just been allowed in right before me. Two employees exchanged looks and laughed during the interaction, which felt humiliating. I asked to speak with the manager, Ozzy Gallegos. He simply repeated that fitting rooms close at 8:30 PM. He did not apologize and made no effort to resolve the situation or help the customer. If fitting rooms actually close at 8:30 PM, then the store hours online should reflect that. Also, when employees see a customer already shopping and selecting items before closing, basic customer service would be to invite them to the fitting room and say something like: “Sorry, there isn’t time to keep browsing, but you can try on the items you already selected.” Extremely disappointing and unprofessional customer service.

  A go to place for me for the last two decades..I was upset when they had to shut down the women section but glad it reopened as online shopping isn't the same. they give the best fit and style..esp for business casuals..I recently had an issue with one outfit and it was handled very professionally.

  My son always buys Jean's from this outlet. The quality is excellent but prices are a little higher. Overall one gets good vibes, being in this store.
