  I recently visited this store to drop off my wife’s shoes for repair and, at the exact same time, purchased a brand-new pair of shoes. Even though I was supporting their business twice over in a single visit, the salesperson couldn't even bother to say a simple "thank you" for shopping there. Taking a customer's money for a new purchase and a repair without showing a shred of basic manners or appreciation is incredibly dismissive. If you value basic customer service and being treated like a human being rather than just a transaction, I’d suggest taking your business elsewhere. I won't be coming back. I e been calling to see the status of the shoes for past two weeks no one picks up the phone nor you can’t leave a voicemail

  I had a brief interaction with 2 of the staff members at this store. I spoke with Jack on the phone. He was professional, helpful, took the time to find the shoes I was looking for, and assured me that they would be on hold for me when I get there. I had a similar experience when I went to their store. The gentleman who helped me (Miguel) was patient, helpful and knowledgable about their product. Didn't try to rush me. Offered several great options and lots of good information. All and all, this was probably one of the best experiences I've had shopping at Bay Area designer stores (and I used to work at one!)

  Best experience ever! Thank you to Kaela, you made my moms and I first experience unforgettable. I came in to buy my graduation heels and my mom’s pair and Kaela helped us out. She’s so kind and patient. She brought out all the heels we wanted to try on and sizes to make sure we found the ones we loved. If you plan on going to this boutique, make sure to let Kaela help you because you will not be disappointed. Thank you again Kaela!
