He was professional, helpful, took the time to find the shoes I was looking for, and assured me that they would be on hold for me when I get there. I had a similar experience when I went to their store. The gentleman who helped me (Miguel) was patient, helpful and knowledgable about their product. Didn't try to rush me. Offered several great options and lots of good information. All and all, this was probably one of the best experiences I've had shopping at Bay Area designer stores (and I used to work at one!)

I came in to buy my graduation heels and my mom’s pair and Kaela helped us out. She’s so kind and patient. She brought out all the heels we wanted to try on and sizes to make sure we found the ones we loved.
