  Every time I’ve walked into this store it’s always bad customer service. They greet who they want, they don’t ask if you need any assistance, about a year ago there was a guy that was always rude, I went today and same terrible customer service. Clearly they don’t care about making sales. Rather just talk amongst themselves. Only reason I walk in is because it’s the only one in the area.

  I purchased a pair of shoes online and attempted to return them in store. The shoes were never worn—only tried on once, which resulted in minor marks/dust on the soles. Despite this, the associate refused to listen and insisted the shoes were worn and could no longer be resold. This was by far the worst merchandise return experience I’ve ever had at a brand-name store.
