  Every time I’ve walked into this store it’s always bad customer service. They greet who they want, they don’t ask if you need any assistance, about a year ago there was a guy that was always rude, I went today and same terrible customer service. Clearly they don’t care about making sales. Rather just talk amongst themselves. Only reason I walk in is because it’s the only one in the area.

  Amazingly awful service. Tunde , the store manager, when I asked for his name offered to write it down wrote it down and then crumpled it up and threw it in the garbage can and smiled at me and said have a good day. Today boss lost four customers I’m sure my kids will never buy anything from the store or anything at this brand again. I certainly won’t. Issue that led to me asking him to speak to a manager was I wanted to return items that were a few days over 30 days from date of purchase. I was happy to take store credit, tags were still on the items, items still for sale in store. Was not willing to consider and was rude. But there is a way to be professional and polite and then there’s what happened at this store. Steer clear if you’re stuck on boss go buy it at Nordstrom where you can get good service.
