  I don’t usually write reviews, but after my recent experience at American Eagle Outfitters, I feel it’s important to share. My husband, our children, and I visited the store intending to purchase several items, including shorts and pants. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing due to the behavior of an employee named Almador. His conduct came across as rude, unprofessional, and lacking basic customer service. Throughout our visit, he followed my husband around the store in a way that felt uncomfortable and unwarranted. At one point, he made a comment suggesting my husband could not afford the pants he wanted to try on, which was both inappropriate and offensive. We were fully prepared to make a purchase, but after this interaction, we chose to leave without buying anything. This experience left us feeling disrespected and unfairly judged. No customer should feel profiled or made uncomfortable while shopping. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all customers are treated with respect and professionalism moving forward.

  The voicemail says the store is open till 8PM on Sundays but they are closed before 7. Very bad communication.
