  Customer service was actually crazy 😭 There were literally TWO employees standing right outside the fitting room. One of them saw me, looked at me, and then they both just started talking to each other. Like??? 💀 I asked if I could go in and try on my clothes and BOTH of them ignored me. I literally had to raise my voice just to get them to acknowledge that I was even there. Girl, I’m just trying to try on some clothes, not asking for a personal favor 😭 The way I had to fight for the bare minimum customer service is actually embarrassing. For a brand with prices like ALO, I expected better. Apparently saying hi or answering a simple question is too much to ask. 💀 Never experienced fitting room service like this before. Absolutely ridiculous.

  sales associate tried to help me purchase some clothing. She put the wrong address because she can't read when I clearly showed her my address on my phone. Extremely incompetent staff. Do better

  Everyone is welcoming and has great sense of customer service. From the greeter, while shopping, fitting room and check out.
