  I visited this location on Tuesday (7/21) after receiving the wrong item in my online order. Thankfully, Andrew was there to help. I was very disappointed when I opened the package, but after I explained what had happened and how I felt, Andrew immediately reassured me that I had nothing to worry about and that he would take care of everything. He did exactly that. While processing the exchange, Andrew took the time to ask about my workout routine and recommended a few new items that had just arrived and that he thought I might like. His suggestions were thoughtful and personalized, and I ended up purchasing another cute item in addition to receiving the correct item I had originally ordered. What started as a frustrating situation turned into a very pleasant shopping experience. I want to thank Andrew for his outstanding customer service. He is one of the best sales associates I have ever met—professional, polite, knowledgeable, and personable. He truly went above and beyond, and I sincerely appreciate all of his help.

  There were two girls greeting at the front door. One of them was named Bernice and she was so sweet so not judgmental and just nice in general. I don’t know what the name Of the other one is, but she definitely was being rude and judgey when she literally is the same size as me. I saw her eyes look at me up and down 2 times, and another female there did the same thing. I swear to his place is so judgy.

  I visit this store often and have never seen any of the rudeness or negativity any of the other customers post about on here. It’s so interesting to see these different experiences while having never had a bad one myself. The quality of the clothing can be hit or miss, I agree, but that is not a reflection of the employees at this store. I’ve been able to return products that had an issue with quality. Never had a problem with customer service on that. The sale returns, however, are a special case. The policy is that if you bought it on sale you can only exchange for a different size of the exact same item and color after the sale is over. This keeps customers from trying to exchange for newer items in a different color that were not subject to the sale price. I totally understand that policy. Aside from that, everything else I’ve encountered as far as customer policy has been fair. I truly love the staff at this store. I don’t even work there, but if I did, I wouldn’t mind because the employees have been wonderful to me every time I’ve gone in for any reason. This isn’t to say that bad experiences don’t happen, but we all need to check our own behavior first before criticizing someone else’s reaction to it. I give nothing but respect to the employees at this store, and I get the same back. If there is a bad employee here, I haven’t met them in nearly a year of shopping there.
