  I visited a Vans store today. One employee was assisting a customer and walking toward the counter, but no one greeted me. Not a big deal and continued browsing. I began pulling shoes off the wall to try them on. A few minutes later, a young woman emerged from the back. At this point, no one had offered a hello or any assistance. Instead of asking if I needed a different size, she became upset that I was trying on the display shoes. The poor service made me to leave the store. I will purchase Vans elsewhere.

  Awesome experience the staff was very helpful friendly and diffently going back. The store is on the 2nd floor access is only at one end of mall escalator only way.

  Called your store and the person that answered did not take accountability on a situation. I was asking him about. I know there’s a team that handles your guys social media and releases. It was a simple question coming to know that the manager from a different store showed me a text message. He mentioned the email and even on your website it says one per customer so just concerning. I’m trying to reach out to the team that handles your release to let them know that I had a bad experience now. Had a bad experience over the phone with the store.
