  Veronica Sarosky is amazing! She was waiting for us at the door. Just amazing customer service. Immediate gave us refreshments and answered all our questions. She did her utmost to show us rings in our price range and got us an amazing deal!

  I went here to get my wive’s ring cleaned and polished for our yearly check up. And i was helped by Veronica, she was very helpful and extremely quick. If you go to this location, ask for Veronica and you won’t be disappointed!

  Veronica did a fantastic job helping me find the right diamond cut and size for my fiancee! She’s personable, knowledgeable and was a great help throughout the process. The rest of the staff was awesome too. They gave great tips for traveling with a ring, and the policy of bringing in your ring every 6 months for a free polish can’t be understated. This is the best place for a wedding ring!

  5-star review is for Veronica Samosky at Robbins Bros on Bristol St in Santa Ana. Veronica is an expert in her field. She is honest, patient and hardworking. It is clear that Veronica cares about each one of her customers to help them find what they are looking for within their budget. We were shopping at other jewelry stores, and I had decided to get it at another store, when we decided to look at Robbins Bros, since my girlfriend got her rings there. Veronica was friendly made us feel comfortable. I told her I am not a person who buys or wears jewelry. I don't feel comfortable in a jewelry store it gives me anxiety. I am not sure I will wear a ring, then Veronica assured me I would but let's find what I would love first. She said if we can't find what I like in the store, she can bring diamonds in and custom make my ring. Now this may seem simple to someone who wears jewelry but for someone who does not and doesn't feel comfortable looking for a ring, this was a journey. When we decided, Veronica had me try on the ring again to make sure I was happy with our custom design. On a following visit, Veronica showed me a wedding band that is both simple and beautiful and compliments my engagement ring. I fell in love with it immediately. Veronica is having our rings custom made. We so excited to see them.

  Loved my visit to Robbins Brothers! I also loved my jeweler that we got my engagement ring from and was planning on buying my wedding band from them as well but I came in with my fiancé to Robbins Brothers expecting to only buy his ring and we ended up buying both of our wedding rings here instead! They had an incredible selection of rings for us both and amazing service. Veronica Samosky was so helpful and made us feel so welcome. She did a great job showing us all the men’s rings and then took extra time to show us wedding bands for myself after and really made the experience so great. She was so sweet and we did not feel any pressure to buy she just offered insightful advice on the rings we tried and we felt like she honored our styles and helped give us background on the peace of mind coverage for any wear and tear of the rings. Mr. Huong also was so thoughtful and polished my engagement ring so it was shiny and like new while we looked at rings. Really appreciated the experience start to finish and so happy we were paired with Veronica! We’ve been to a few other jewelers and did not always have good experiences but here we both left incredibly happy and excited. Thank you to the staff and we can’t wait to be back for more jewelry later!
