We were looking through the clearance section and saw a aeropostale sweater with a pink sticker tag, at that time the clothes with pink sticker tags were $5. I scanned the tag in the JCPenney app and it confirmed it was $5 then we went to pay with the male cashier and he took out the tag of the sweater and tried to give it to us for $17 dollars when it was $5. I even checked on the app and it said $5 i was sooo pissed JCpenney doesnt respect their clearance prices so why bother will not be shopping anymore with them i didnt buy the sweater!

Based on her sour attitude she created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. This caused us to be stressed for the pictures. Because of her, instead of it being a fun and lighthearted session, it turned out bland.
