  I call the store to get information about the deals they have in store and online, Grecia attend the phone and I ask her for an specific model I want (Oakley Holbrook gun metal stile), she told me that they have $50 dlls off or 30%off in liquidation models, that was great news for me and she told me those glasses I wanted are in liquidation and she have them in $216 dlls. She explained it was better for me if I get the 30%off and get them for almost $150 I live in El Cajon, almost 30 minutes away from there and I drove down with my wife to get my dream glasses for the price I was told, when I get there to ask her to order them she told me that she can make 50 dlls off on those ones and the price was $271.00, I asked why she gave me the wrong information over the phone and she say that she made a mistake and I should drive to an closer store to get the deals, I explain to her I come all the way here to get this specific deal we talk over the phone and she say she look into another model and she can’t sell the model I wanted in the price she say by phone because those ones are not the ones she say over the phone, I thought to my self, why was she confused if I said more than 2 times Oakley Holbrook gun metal stile, and she thought I was talking about Holbrook metal. What a waste of time, they should train the sell persons better and respect what they say to the customers, specialty if they drive from far places. I ended up not getting the glasses for more than $230 rater than 150. I am disappointed at the service I received.
