  could not get a hold of anyone, the phone provided on the receipt and website are wrong and I live 3 hours away. So disappointed because I order custom Oakleys ship to my residence and they are not what I ordered.

  Not my first time at this store. I've purchased glasses off the shelf and ordered a couple thru this location. One particular order, a pair of RayBans that was purchased and ordered through this location, had a screw that came loose. Maybe 2 months after purchasing. No big deal, it was just a screw that came loose. Brought the pair in, asked the lady on the sales floor if she can assist on a repair. She said they don't do repairs unless I purchased a warranty. I mentioned I just need the screw back in and tightened, she said no. I asked if it was normal for a pair of RayBans to come apart after a couple months of ownership, she said no but to "find a LensCrafters store and have them fix it for you" I didn't come in demanding a new pair, I didn't come in heated about the screw coming loose, just asked for the repair to be done, which Sunglass hut states on their website 'Repairs'. Didn't expect to be told to take it to a LensCrafters after purchasing multiple pairs from this store. My complaint is not in regards to the brand. I understand things can happen, I work in retail as well. My complaint is with the dismissive nature of the salesperson with a customer that had an issue with their purchase. Please stand by your claims on your website for repairs or take it down if this is how the salespeople are trained when a customer comes in with issues. Employees are great when selling you a product here but terrible at after sales. Funny things is I do get better after sales treatment at LensCrafters, I don't get told to kick rocks after a transaction is done.

  Fariba and Mastoura delivered exceptional customer service! They took the time to listen, asked thoughtful questions, and made recommendations that truly fit my face and personal style. The whole experience felt like shopping with friends, relaxed, fun, and completely pressure free. I loved their selections so much I ended up buying two pairs. I left feeling confident and happy with my choices. This will definitely be my go-to store for new shades.

  Ray Ban and SunGlass Hut corporate sites still have hours open until 9pm. Didn’t think to check Google. Closed at 7, drive from Walnut Creek, no hours posted outside. So disappointed.
