  Very Late Post. Bought a Tudor with the Help of Michael back in April. Had a great buying experience and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Highly recommended if you’re in the Market for a Watch or Jewelry. Thank You Michael! I will be back when I am ready to buy my next watch. A Rolex hopefully.

  I recently purchased a few items at Heller Jewelers. I was warmly greatly upon arrival even though I did not have an appointment. I saw Nic who had assisted me a year prior with a watch battery so I engaged with her and described what I was looking for. Nic, along with Nancy listened, made suggestions and were absolutely delightful to work with. I felt valued, appreciated, both ladies were fun and engaging and truly made the experience five-star. The service levels these ladies provided exceeded that of a Nordstrom or Ritz Carlton. Nothing pretentious but instead, they were knowledgeable, extremely accommodating and awesome to work with. These ladies are a wonderful representation of Heller Jewelers.

  My wedding ring got damaged and unfortunately I had moved out of state. All the other jewelers I had tried to work with told me they could not help me or they would not process the manufacturer credit. I was in town for a short visit and was able to find a replacement ring I liked. Shaina was exceptionally helpful and everyone I dealt with was very friendly and willing to work with me. They even cleaned my wife's ring while we were there. Even though I am over 700 miles away, I will definitely be going back for any future needs.

  Heller Jewelers provides a consistently superior customer service experience. All staff appeared to engage each customer equally in a respectful and professional manner, were knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve shopped here throughout the years dating back to their prior location and this trip stayed for an extended period of time. I’m careful where I spend my money. It’s important for me to watch the staff engagement with other customers and only return to places that are respectful to all. I’m happy to report I trust this jeweler to be safe and appropriate.

  Had an amazing experience at Heller Jewelers recently for a high end timepiece and wanted to share the positive review! I primarily dealt with Erik who was a stand up sales person, he was clear and transparent throughout the process. I could not be more excited about the purchase and will definitely consider Heller to be my local shop for jewelry and timepiece needs. The absolute thoughtfulness during every phase of the transaction really made the experience a positive one - Erik went above and beyond to get what I was looking for at the time of my birthday, he also noticed that I was a Father and had changed the date on the watch to Father’s Day! In my opinion, this extra thoughtfulness really differentiates a family run establishment from the rest. Looking forward to my next trip into the store and they have secured a life long customer! Thank you!!
