  I was helped my Beth Mendez (Sunglass Hut) employee number: 10589716 Beth was amazing and displayed exceptional customer service. She was kind and warm and did an excellent job adjusting my sunglasses with care. She was very welcoming and professional. Beth is a prime example of how employees should interact with customers. This was a very high end experience and it’s rare to find employees that take pride in their work nowadays.

  I bought Ray-Ban sunglasses from the Sunglass Hut on the first floor of Macy’s and it was the easiest experience thanks to Justin and Israel. Justin was so helpful and patient while I tried on a ton of glasses and chose my pair and, weeks later, Israel also helped adjust the glasses after I accidentally squished them and they became crooked. Both guys are definitely the warm and ideal people you want helping you while and after you make a pricier purchase. Huge thank you to you both! 5 stars!!!!!
