  Kevin was amazing! He helped me pick out sunglasses for both me and my husband, and he was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to help me find the best styles for each of us and gave honest recommendations without ever being pushy or trying to upsell me. I really appreciated that he focused on helping me find the right fit rather than the most expensive option. I ended up getting a great-looking, affordable pair of sunglasses for myself and a meta ones for my husband. Excellent customer service, I really appreciate all of his help!

  Very poor service. The manager, Akshat, is terrible at his job. Would absolutely not recommend. The lenscrafters down the line is amazing.

  San Mateo mall location. Christian was a huge help today, sorting my technical issues repairing glasses and fitting them to my ridiculous head. He also was surprisingly graceful with an absolute beast of a customer with a bad attitude. He probably isn't intending a retail career but it's been a pleasure.
