We have visited many jewelry stores, and Amanda is the most professional and helpful agent we have worked with. She tried her best to help us find the right ones, educating us on the 4Cs and giving us plenty of options to choose from with a lot of patience.   had a great experience at this jewelry store! Everyone was friendly and helpful, and Tavian was especially great. He took the time to help me look at different rings and made the whole experience feel comfortable and easy. I really appreciated his patience and willingness to help me find what I was looking for. I definitely recommend coming here and asking for Tavian!

  I want to give a massive shoutout to Megan Castilla for going above and beyond to help us with our engagement ring! I've been procrastinating on buying a ring for years; the process seemed so intimidating and I was so fixated on having everything be perfect that I kept putting it off. When I got referred to Megan by a friend, she put me at ease from the start. Megan met with me multiple times, including once with my (now) fiancé, and had such a great intuition for what my fiancé didn't like but was too polite to say directly. She showed us tons of options and guided us to a style we loved. Once we had that picked out, I came back and easily finalized the details with Megan. The first stone we found put me over budget but she worked with me to find a stone with an identical face size that was more affordable. She made one of the biggest purchases of my life into an incredible experience! I really liked Shane Co.'s model overall, the no commission model took so much pressure off and their warranty program and free cleanings are an awesome touch. We couldn't be happier and wouldn't be here without Megan!
