After I declined the store credit card offer, I asked to add my membership number during checkout, but she rudely refused. Then the payment terminal would not accept my credit card, even though I use it regularly without issues. After several failed attempts, I politely asked for help, but she simply said she could not do anything. Because of this experience, I had to leave without purchasing my items. Very disappointing customer service.
