  Rudest people I have ever came across! The service has really gone down I prefer to do online so I only have to deal with the staff when I take stuff back It’s time for me to move on and buy the same stuff from vendors! Use to enjoy shopping there but that’s long gone! Audios!

  Exceptional Service From Jacob — He Saved the Day I want to recognize Jacob in the Men’s Suits department at Nordstrom Hillsdale Shopping Center for providing one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I came into Nordstrom around 3:15 PM in an absolute rush. I was on my way to a formal wedding at San Francisco City Hall for a close friend of mine from the Marine Corps, and I had a serious problem: I had absolutely nothing to wear. No suit, no dress shoes, no belt—and very little time before I needed to be in San Francisco. Then Jacob asked if I needed help. The moment I explained my situation and the time crunch I was under, Jacob immediately sprang into action. He was calm, patient, polite, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. While I was stressed and watching the clock, Jacob knew exactly what to do. He helped me select and coordinate an entire outfit and ultimately put me in the best suit I have ever worn. What impressed me most was that Jacob never made the experience feel rushed, even though he understood that every minute mattered. He made sure everything worked together properly, helped get my pants measured and tailored to fit me, and paid attention to details I wouldn’t have even thought about in that moment. He even made sure the tags were removed and that there were no obvious signs that I had just purchased everything, because I literally needed to walk out of Nordstrom wearing the outfit and head straight to the wedding. I walked into that store with nothing and walked out wearing an approximately $1,500 complete outfit, ready for one of the most important formal events I have attended. I genuinely don’t believe I could have pulled this together on my own even if I had been given an entire day. Jacob didn’t just sell me a suit. He saved the day for me. Because of him, instead of arriving at my friend’s wedding stressed, late, or improperly dressed, I was able to walk into San Francisco City Hall feeling confident and appropriately dressed for the occasion. Jacob represents exactly what exceptional customer service is supposed to look like: professional, knowledgeable, attentive, patient, and genuinely committed to helping the customer. To Jacob: Thank You!!! I sincerely appreciate what you did for me. You took what could have been a disaster and turned it into an experience I will remember every time I wear that suit. Nordstrom Hillsdale is extremely fortunate to have you. Five stars aren’t enough. I will certainly be returning for all my needs in men’s clothing.

  Department: Women's Lingerie Purchase Date: 06/06/2026 Dannia P. assisted me with a bra fitting. She did amazing, offered me many sizes, styles and colors. She was very attentive, diligent, personable, and exemplified excellent customer service while continuously checking in on me with each bra I tried. We finalized my correct size, and purchased exactly what I was in need of. After walking back to see other bras, I noticed a very beautiful soft bra, and wanted to exchange it for one of the bras I had just purchased. Talia Y. assisted me with this fitting/ transaction, she was super bubbly, extremely charismatic, personable, and very kind! Talia exuded phenomenal positive energy! I loved her personality; both gals were great, and upon checking out... Nonna was quite a conversationalist at the register, super kind and personable as well. I had an overall enjoyable experience as I was originally not in the best mood upon walking in. Chef's kiss to the gals in the Women's Lingerie Department, they definitely brightened my day, and gave such great positive energy! Thank you ladies!

  Laura made my entire shopping experience at Nordstrom Hillsdale! She was incredibly kind, funny, and welcoming from the moment my mom and I walked in. When I asked for a fitting room, she got me set up right away and let me know to ask if I needed anything. She checked in throughout my visit and made the whole experience feel so easy and enjoyable. She even had an Anniversary Sale-themed manicure, which was such a fun and adorable touch! I’ve been really stressed trying to find dresses for an upcoming event, and while I found some beautiful options during the Anniversary Sale, the real highlight of my visit was Laura. Her genuine warmth and outstanding customer service completely turned my evening around. She was also so sweet to my mom, and it’s rare to come across someone who makes shopping feel so personal and enjoyable. Thank you, Laura, for going above and beyond. You truly made my night, and I hope you’re recognized for the amazing experience you provide!
