  Came in to browse the new colors for define jacket, they unfortunately didn’t have my size but the staff was super helpful and friendly!

  I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience today was terrible compared to other stores, specifically with a female worker. Coming into the store, she greeted and helped other customers who appeared older than I was, even though I was clearly looking around the store for help, and avoiding eye contact until I approached her. I wanted to exchange some items. When I showed her the items in my bag and as I was pulling them out, she asked “well, let’s see if these items are from lululemon?” After she saw the items, she stated “oh yes, this shirt is from lululemon.” I still have the tags on them and stated I can bring up the online receipt. I wasn’t able to exchange the items because of their policy, which I have no problem with because I’m at fault for missing the deadline, but it’s the condescending question that shocked me. If the items weren’t from your store, I wouldn’t have walked into the store. Working in retail, especially the front of the house, means having good customer service and she did a poor job.

  I had such a positive experience at Lululemon thanks to Natalie. She went above and beyond to help me with my return and truly made the whole process stress-free. My situation wasn’t completely straightforward, but she was incredibly sympathetic, and understanding from the start. It’s not often you come across someone who shows that level of genuine care in customer service.

  Staff are nice and easy to talk to. My wife spends too much money here.
