Very helpful and friendly staff. Its not my favorite thing to go bra shopping, but the employees at the San Marcos location make it a great experience.

This store is located in a good location near the 78 freeway. The shopping center has a wide variety of stores and there is plenty of parking. The staff is fantastic. I received a bra fitting (pre COVID-19) and was very satisfied with the process. I have used their style services for putting together outfits for job interviews. I was made to feel comfortable and felt that they listened to me carefully when making suggestions. I tend to look for bargains and they can be found here. I also use the ship to store option because I can return item easily and not pay a shipping fee. I have visited since the reopening and was able to make a return quickly and easily when the items did not fit. They are currently open limited hours. Hand sanitizer is available on entering the store and all employees wore masks properly. I was able to get in and out quickly. I appreciate the vibe of the store.

Worst customer service. I've literally never felt more like a fat girl that doesn't belong somewhere.
