- HPHaley PowersJul 29, 20265.0We recently bought shoes for our toddler here only to have the soles start falling apart a few weeks later. We had already thrown out the receipt but decided to go in anyway just in case. The girl at the counter and the employees here were so kind and helpful and were able to replace them even without the receipt. Thankful for the kindness of this SLO location!

- ASAlina ScovellMar 23, 20215.0I've NEVER had someone tend to me in the manner that Emily did yesterday 3-21-21! Trans # 27537 @1:08 pm!! She tried finding every shoe that I liked in my size! She didn't stop there... she paid attention to me, checked on me, asked me how else she could help me, offered to lace up a shoe for me!!, but it gets better!! She did ALL of that not only with a smile on her face but for several of us!! She EMILY, sold me the shoes... it was ALL of her that I took and I was gonna be damned if I didn't get a new pair of shoes as well!! I'll be back EMILY!! You made my day!
