- TCTHE CREAMY GOAT ICE CREAMJul 27, 20261.0I had a disappointing experience with Andrea at the Nordstrom Rack in San Leandro. While I was waiting for my friend, who was still in line, Andrea told me, “Now you are out,” in a rude and dismissive way. I was not trying to cut the line; I was simply waiting for my friend. Customers should be treated with courtesy and respect. I hope management addresses this situation and reminds employees to communicate more politely and professionally.

The alarm went off as my daughter, myself and another woman was walking out. All three of us stopped. Mehdi pointed to the other woman who was not Black, and said loudly in front of everyone, "NOT YOU, BUT HER DEFINITELY". I have never experienced such direct racism in a store. I felt terrible that my 5 year old daughter had to witness that. Is this who Nordstrom's want to represent them? Is this how you are training employees? I immediately returned everything I purchased. If you are Black I would caution against this location. Please spend your money elsewhere.

I will never be back to shop at that store, I will continue with Amazon.
