  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is actually my first review ever, but I’m genuinely happy to make it for this Vans location! My sister and I came in on 8/2 around 7–7:30 PM, and everyone was so helpful and welcoming. A special shoutout to Bryan in store for being so helpful, and Angel, who I spoke with over the phone a previous day before, for making the exchange process so simple and stress-free. I also work in customer service myself, so I truly understand how much a little kindness and patience can mean to someone on the other side of the counter. I cannot stress enough how much being kind and respectful to employees makes a difference—when you treat someone nicely, that same energy is almost always reciprocated. Bryan and Angel were both so kind and made the whole experience genuinely pleasant. I really appreciate the way they helped us and made everything so easy.   The only brand worth buying in my opinion. The Customer Service is immaculate. My clothes and shoes last so long...mainly because I don't skate anymore lol but even if you don't skate, Vans has a shoe for anything.
