- AMArezoo Sadeghi (Maryam)Aug 6, 20261.0Today, around 3:00 p.m., I visited your Oakridge Mall store with the intention of purchasing a pair of sunglasses. While I was looking at the selection, a male sales associate unlocked one of the display cases so I could try on the sunglasses. A few minutes later, he came back and, without asking whether I was finished, without excusing himself, and without asking for my permission, locked the display case while I was still shopping. The only thing he said was, "I have to go over there." He then walked away. His actions gave me the impression that he could not leave the display case accessible while I was there and that he needed to lock it before walking away. I found this behavior dismissive, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. It made me feel unwelcome and embarrassed as a customer. I immediately stopped shopping and left the store. I had every intention of purchasing a pair of sunglasses, but because of this rude experience, I decided not to continue shopping. I hope you will address this matter with your staff so that other customers are treated with the courtesy and respect they deserve.
