  I had such a wonderful experience with Nico at YSL. He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process of finding the perfect bag for me. Nico went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and truly cared for as a customer. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine kindness made the experience so special. I truly appreciate his help and the time he spent assisting me. Thank you, Nico, for making my YSL experience unforgettable - I absolutely love my bag!   They don’t answer your calls. I got this bag for my wife. Give them cash. Went back the same day. They said they won’t be able to give me the cash back and will send me a check. It’s been almost a month. Did not receive my check yet. Worst experience ever.. Very disappointed!!!

  Made a purchase here about a month ago. At the time, I was told by the employee who helped me (Chris) that there were no boxes for the purse that I bought but that he could have it sent to my home and that I could text him anytime for help. After 2.5 weeks had gone by, I still hadn’t received the box, so I reached out to Chris and didn’t get a response. Texted another time a few days later to follow up and no response. I then reached out to the YSL customer service email who said they could ask the store to get in contact with the me within 24-48 hours, and it’s been 4 days since then, but nobody has contacted me still. I also tried following up with Chris for a third time today via text with no reply. I’m surprised and disappointed with the lack of customer service from YSL considering I spent 2.5k on a purse. I will likely never buy from this brand again purely based on the lack of customer service.
