  I visited on September 10, 2026, looking for sunglasses, but the service was disappointing. The sales associate barely answered my questions and seemed uninterested in helping. She was on her phone (and no not her work device), which made the interaction feel dismissive and unwelcoming. Pull up the cameras. It happened around 17:30 9/10/26 I’m young, and I wondered whether she assumed I wasn’t a serious customer, though I can’t know for sure. Afterward, I went to Celine and had a wonderful experience with the sales associate there. I felt welcomed and well taken care of, and ended up buying much more than sunglasses. It really showed how much good service can make a difference.

  I had such a wonderful experience shopping for a new Saint Laurent handbag. Although I wasn’t able to visit the actual Saint Laurent store at Valley Fair in San Jose, CA, Sam C., my sales associate, was amazing. Sam’s attention to detail and communication were absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire shopping experience feel personal and seamless. What impressed me most was that even after I received my purchase, Sam followed up to make sure I was happy with everything. She didn’t just make the sale and forget about me, she genuinely cared about my experience. Amazing customer service like this is very hard to come by these days, and Sam truly went above and beyond. If you’re in the market for a new handbag, wallet, shoes, or clothing at Saint Laurent at Valley Fair Mall, ask for Sam C, you will not be disappointed! She is a true gem and represents the brand beautifully.
