  🚩 If you need to replace the lenses on your Ray-Ban Metas, this isn't the right store. They don't know how to perform a simple lens swap, and they tell you they won't take responsibility if they damage the glasses while changing them—even though Ray-Ban is the one with the proper equipment and expertise for the job. I’m not taking them to some random outside shop; I’m taking them to Ray-Ban, yet the way they handle the situation is all wrong. It’s better to go directly to Meta in Burlingame; they are 100% professional there.

  I was unhappy with my online order. I called the store to see if they could fix it. I was lucky enough to speak to Lauren. She went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. I recommend coming to this location. Store is also very clean and organized
