I’m extremely disappointed in Plato’s closet today. I went to go sell and about 10 minutes later we are told that they do not want anything (mind you our huge bag was filled to the top) I usually am exceptionally happy with Plato’s but today was not a good day. The employees weren’t very friendly and gave me and my friend an uncomfortable vibe. Plato’s please train your employees to be more friendly and tell them to actually look through the bag. We brought stuff that on the website were said to be bought and our bag wasn’t even disheveled. Please tell your employees to not buy clothes based on their personal opinions but instead what you have clearly placed on your website. I was a loyal customer but now I will think twice before going to Plato’s closet. Please work on customer service

I personally thought the place was great. Get ready to dig! The item prices were so reasonable and the selection was unique and varied-things you wouldn't find at a mall. There were brand name items for such great prices too! The workers were kind and helpful. All around wonderful experience--thank you!

Workers don’t bother to say welcome in
Costumer service sucks spent about $80-+
Worker was more in a rush to tag clothes then asking for my number for points
Super rude forgot why I stop coming here

The weight is always horrible at most of these places. It's always been confusing to me why they do keep stuff that they keep, and yet tell, you know, for other things that you have that look way better, that's in the store, but you know, I'm sure they have a method to their madness. Their pricing seems a little like you got robbed A. Tiny bit, but they do have. However, if it is at this location, if it's over $50 that you make, they send you a link on your phone that you have to have a bank account for just to let people know that's something new. I don't I don't know if the Dublin location does that, but all in all it's a good little store. You can make a little extra money. This location also takes beauty products like Victoria's secret lotion or bath and body works. You know, body spray or stuff like that. That's why , as sunglasses and accessories wallets , that kind of thing.
