  To have the sales associate say to a customer “I would never purchase anything from here” just says a lot on how this business works.

  The selection is great they have all of the big brands and a lot of super cheap Jordan’s and other nice shoes. The prices are also great I got a lot of items for around 150 dollars. However the three young ladies behind the counter took over ten minutes to finish’s scanning the 10-15 items I had and kept chatting the entire time.

  Cool place but some things are extremely overpriced, most of Brandy section is abt 20% off retail for faded and used things, saw a shirt that goes for 16 OG but is 12 at Plato’s closet…I don’t know if they realize that but you can find pretty cool things here nonetheless.

  Staff here has secondhand attitudes that seem to come out the Goodwill bins. They definitely make you feel unwelcome. They joke around more than they provide outstanding customer service and they pay out pennies for your good quality items. I get they're young but since the pandemic, overall customer service has been in the toilet. If they don't really wanna work here they shouldn't.
