  BP department is terrible. Asked to look for an item and made me wait by the register for almost an hour. There is only one customer in the fitting room, why does her entitled [redacted] need 2 employees to help her? No not 2, 4 employees. Must be nice to be so entitled. Ended up ordering online and never shopping at Nordstrom again. Garbage customer service.

  Fabulous selection of clothes, shoes, and accessories. However on my latest visit I did notice a sales associate from the men’s department wearing Ray Ban Meta glasses with a camera which did marred the shopping experience for me. Best to be cautious if you choose to use the fitting rooms with the help of an associate at this location.

  Nhat from the mens department was incredible, an absolute MVP. Showed up not entirely knowing what I was looking for, but generally the type of fit I wanted, so I was off to a decent start. I ended up taking an outfit to the fitting room, only to get a knock on the door 5 mins later with Nhat holding 2 more outfits that were bang on what I was looking for. Never been happier to have a lighter wallet. 5 stars for Nhat, would recommend.

  Absolutely the WORST shopping experience I’ve ever had. The young people working the registers would not help me. I asked where a specific item was and she gave me a blank stare before she turned her back on me. RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Disappointed to see that the Nordstrom standard for customer service is gone. Couldn’t even get a manager to help. The store had limited selections. The department was unorganized. One star is too high of a rating. AVOID this location.

  This is for the men's shoes department upstairs. My hubby and I were there at around 12:35 pm today. I have a credit card with Nordstrom, but I have an offer from another travel card for $50 in rewards on certain purchases. So I had to find him the shoes? They were busy at first, but then got slow. There was this employee who dressed quite casually, not like the rest of them, who I was thinking was just a customer, who greeted us. He was wearing glasses, slim-built, and Asian. Then later on we accepted the offer for help, and I said that my hubby wanted to check his size on their machine there. Hence, the Asian employee helped to use it but it was not working properly, and I said it's okay; my hubby wanted to try on one of the shoes. With an unpleasant tone, he said that we should go to the women and that they would be able to help him as they also had the equipment to check his size, and that they had men's shoes there too. I said we were already there, and my hubby wanted to try the shoes. He came out with one box of shoes, took it out, put the laces on like forever, and then handed it to my hubby. There was no engagement, and it was pretty awkward cause he had a mean voice. I was like, what did I do? Maybe they were profiling their shoppers. He was trying ask my hubby to buy the shoes, and it became uncomfortable. We finally said that we still wanted to think more about it. We just left. It's still 4 because I know thst the rest of the store are providing excellent service.
