  10/10 my favorite spot in the whole Valley Fair mall because you can access top notch everything ( maybe not all of your wishlist stores or products) but they have clean, exclusive and even sectioned floors for men, women and access to restrooms. Staff are friendly and personable for your shopping needs. Nordstrom at Valley Fair is awesome.

  This is my favorite Nordies, always clean, always helpful staff but this weekend I was stuck trying to find a bra and Fiona was also trying to help me but then recommended I get a fitting from Rachel. Rachel was so good at the fitting that I now know I have been uncomfortably wearing the wrong size for years. What a difference a knowledgeable sales Person makes, and its this sort of service (from Fiona and then Rachel) that makes me a loyal customer for life at Nordstroms.

  Nordstrom is one of those rare places that still treats customer service like a competitive sport. The quality is consistently solid, the men's department is dangerous for your wallet, and it's still my go-to spot for dress shirts, slacks, and anything that requires me to look more responsible than I actually am.
