What completely ruined the experience was their absurd fitting room policy. I wasn't allowed to bring a pair of shoes, which I was planning to buy, into the fitting room to try them on with the pants I was also planning to buy. To make matters worse, they wouldn't even let my husband stand nearby to give me a second opinion. I definitely won't be coming back.
