When I first came into the store on 5/28/2026, I spent about 15 minutes walking around without being greeted or offered assistance by any of the employees. The store also wasn’t busy at the time—there were only about five customers shopping—so I was surprised that no one acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. Fortunately, when I made my way to the fitting rooms, Evan completely changed my experience. He was friendly and attentive. He made sure I had everything I needed, checked in on me while I was trying things on, and repeatedly offered to grab different sizes or items. Without Evan, this honestly would have been a 1-star review. His exceptional customer service was the only reason my visit turned into a positive one. Lululemon is lucky to have someone like Evan on their team. Thank you, Evan!
