I went to return it, but the receptionist was so rude and said they could only return to a gift card bc this shirt had a 20% off discount. I actually don’t mind gift card at all, but the cashier’s attitude sounds like she is doing me a favor?? Ridiculous… the thing is the pic online looks completely different from the shirt I received!!! She told me the picture looks different because of the lighting. Well, is the lighting on the pic shown my fault? I’ve been buying from Lululemon for 5 years, since high school, and I’ve never experienced such rude and unfair service before. I would never buy anything from Lululemon again.
