- KNKatie NSep 30, 20265.0Less hectic than the Valleyfairl location so easier to shop and get help when needed! They sell gift cards behind register too. Staff seemed friendly and ready to assist.
- ARAmit RuparelSep 29, 20261.0Wouldn't let me immediately return a purchase just made for no good reason
- PBPearl BaezaSep 27, 20265.0Super cute workout gear and quick service
- ZLZachary LeungSep 24, 20261.0Shorts had a defect on them and they refuse to fix or replace them. Told them I was out of luck even though the shorts clearly showed that they were falling apart. Bought them within a year too according to their “quality promise” but it’s crazy that they expect me to keep all receipts of everything I purchase. Great customer service from the ladies telling me that there is absolutely anything I can do. Funny since when I talked to the lady up front she said we could exchange it at first but looks like the manager had a bad day and told her otherwise! Seems like the night shift folks don’t like working here either but no worries, seems like I will be buying from other brands from now on :)
