    I purchased an $850 Longchamp bag, and after only about a month of normal use, one side developed loose stitching. I contacted Longchamp expecting a simple repair. Instead, the repair significantly changed the appearance of the bag. The original issue was loose stitching, but visible reinforcement stitching was added. Even more disappointing, the opposite side—which had no visible issue and was not included in my repair request—was also stitched as a “preventive measure.” I understand that repairs may not always restore a bag to perfect condition. However, I did not expect the repair itself to permanently alter the appearance of an almost new bag, especially without any prior explanation or approval. I don’t consider Longchamp a true luxury brand, but an $850 bag should come with a level of quality and customer service that reflects its price. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of that expectation. The attached photos show: • The original area where the stitching came loose and repair was requested. • The opposite side, which had no visible issue but was also stitched during the repair.

    I’m so considerate person before I say something really bad when it comes to what I observe particularly in this store and good thing that I read the review right away after I exited in this store and there’s a lot of bad reviews with their customer service. Any it looks like they don’t do anything to resolve this bad behavior of the employee . Very rude lady employee and her name is Coca. I don’t think she’s just tired coz it’s already evening but I was trying to observed how she reacted to my inquiries and it’s just that it’s her bad behavior as a human and to me she’s not really a good person. I don’t care who she is but I don’t deserve how she treated me. A very bad interaction. She has to get out of that store. Management pls do something for that lady coz I’m gonna pass by that store to go to Dior every week and her face is so irritating and I will leave review each time I will see her there. 👎👎👎

    I’ve gone to this store twice, and I had two completely different experiences. The first time I went, a tall lady with blonde hair was very rude. She seemed like she did not want to help me out at all, and did not provide good customer service. I asked if she could get me a different bag since the one she gave me had a stain on it, but she insisted on cleaning it. As she was cleaning it, it seemed like she was annoyed that I even asked her in the first place. However, the second time I went, another staff member (Michelle) was very kind and made the purchase quick and easy. When I first walked in, the blonde employee was there and did not greet me or offer help, but Michelle came from the back and immediately asked if I needed assistance. Such a shame to give this store a low rating since I love this brand, but I feel like customer service should be consistent. Michelle provided great assistance, but unfortunately, my experience with the blonde employee was not as positive.

    Olga and Jovany helped me reignite my love for Longchamp! Bought a few bags on sale this weekend and love them all. Olga has been helpful and communicative. I will certainly be back for more.
