- EAElizabeth AlcJun 17, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at the fitting rooms. My mother was given a fitting room number tag and, when she was finished, she placed it back on the rack because the fitting room attendant was busy. Same employee then called my mother over and began yelling at her for not handing the number back to her. My mother calmly explained that she had returned it to the rack, but the employee continued to argue with her. The situation only ended when the employee saw me approaching, at which point she suddenly changed her tone and told my mother, “It’s okay, go.” After reading other reviews, it appears that this is the same employee (fitting rooms-1pm) who has been mentioned in previous complaint about rude behavior. It also appears like this issue hasn’t been addressed by management. No customer should be yelled at or treated disrespectfully over a simple misunderstanding, fitting room number tag. Because of this experience, I no longer feel comfortable shopping at this store and will be taking my business elsewhere.

The Indian lady "Ragesh" at the fitting rooms was very rude and provided an unpleasant experience. On the other, the lady at the register was amazing and super friendly. I noticed people commenting about customer service and sadly in-person experiences are a hit or miss now.
