  Great clothes. Is on discount all year round. But staff in store are unaware of any additional discounts that could be applied even when asked explicitly. Check online for any extra discount codes that you can use. I lost 20% of additional discount as I didn’t check online. Called customer care to check if discount could be applied post purchase and they told to return the clothes to store and purchase again with the coupon. This was a big surprise.

  Avoid this store – Terrible customer service from management This review is specifically regarding the store manager, Juniper. On June 3rd, I placed an online order for two pairs of jeans for my husband. They arrived on June 10th. My husband tried one pair and wanted to keep it, but decided to exchange the second pair with a smaller size. This morning, I went to the store to do a simple exchange. To my absolute shock, Juniper accused me of lying and claimed the jeans had been washed. The jeans still have all three original tags attached (the back tag, the inside tag, and the side tag). I pointed out how impossible it would be to wash a pair of jeans while keeping all the paper tags perfectly intact, but she refused to listen. After being a loyal customer at this store for almost 10 years, today was officially my last time shopping here. Save yourself the headache and stay away.

  Disappointing and disrespectful experience at this location My husband and I had a very disappointing experience at this J.Crew Factory store with a cashier named Juniper, who later identified herself as the “manager.” We have been loyal J.Crew customers for many years and have always had positive experiences, which is why this interaction was so surprising. My husband recently purchased a pair of dress pants and removed the tags at home, but later realized the size was incorrect. When we returned to the store to ask about returning them, Juniper immediately claimed my husband’s pants had been “worn,” even pointing to what she described as a belt crease. In reality the pants had never been worn. She made this accusation loudly in front of other customers and refused to listen when we tried to explain. The situation was both embarrassing and disrespectful. As a couple of color, the interaction also made us feel very uncomfortable, especially since everyone else in the store at the time, including staff, appeared to be Caucasian. The difference in how customers were treated was concerning. What disappointed us most was not the inability to return the item, but the way we were treated, accused of lying and spoken to disrespectfully. When I asked for a customer service number, Juniper refused to provide one and told me to look it up myself. We have always associated J.Crew with professionalism and respectful customer service, so this experience was extremely disappointing. I hope J.Crew reviews this situation and ensures customers are treated fairly and respectfully in the future.
