  The staff are so unprofessional and unhelpful. As someone who owns over 10+ pieces from here, I still get profiled everytime I walk in. Staring but never asking if I need assistance.

  Manager is RUDE! Employees don't approach you or even greet you. All they do is side eye you and go on their phones. Will be shopping at Los Gatos location where I receive better customer service. No need to have multiple employees on the schedule if nobody is willing to lend a helping hand or give a friendly smile.

  The staff here are so incredibly rude and dare i say possibly colorist. I walk in, no greeting. Another girl (white) walks in and is immediately greeted and asked if she needs help with anything. I wait around for help as i planned to buy two pieces i really liked. I asked for help, but the vibes were so fake and bad that I just had to leave. Where is the customer service and willingness to do your job. I see that this mine isn’t the first complaint about the service. Gorjana Valley Fair definitely needs to clear the now staff and bring in friendly staff who care about the customers. Super disappointing.

  Bad customer service and disappointing quality. The bracelet broke within two months of purchase, which I’ve never experienced with other brands even after years of wear. The fact that they mentioned the jewelry is “stress tested” still doesn’t explain the experience I had with the bracelet. I was originally planning to buy a second necklace from them, but decided against it because instead of addressing my concerns about the quality, the employee kept pushing me to buy another bracelet. I ended up switching to another brand and purchased two pieces at nearly four times the price, and I’m much happier with both the quality and the overall experience elsewhere.
