  Bad customer service and disappointing quality. The bracelet broke within two months of purchase, which I’ve never experienced with other brands even after years of wear. The fact that they mentioned the jewelry is “stress tested” still doesn’t explain the experience I had with the bracelet. I was originally planning to buy a second necklace from them, but decided against it because instead of addressing my concerns about the quality, the employee kept pushing me to buy another bracelet. I ended up switching to another brand and purchased two pieces at nearly four times the price, and I’m much happier with both the quality and the overall experience elsewhere.

  I have been a loyal Gorjana customer for over 4 years and I came to the valley fair location to do a simple exchange of tarnished jewelry. I walked in there, wasn’t greeted, and when I explained to Isabella that I wanted a replacement for my tarnished necklace, she says in the absolute rudest tone “wHeRe?” That’s it. Just “where?” This isn’t my first experience with her, she is consistently the rudest person i’ve ever met to the point that I am scared to walk in there. She was super hesitant to give me a replacement even though it is a part of their policy. I’ve truly never encountered someone meaner than this girl, even though I was so polite to her. Isabella and Fiona are the rudest employees i’ve ever met in my life, and unfortunately I will have to stop shopping there because they made my Gorjana experience so bad multiple times.

  I just want to Highlight the customer service at the valley fair store! I travel and shop a lot but valley fair team is truly the most exquisite one! The young ladies are so friendly, kind and they always go above and beyond to meet my needs! I feel Like visiting a sweet friend when entering the store. Thank you team .., I’ll fly all over but will always come back to San Jose to shop at your store! The most spectacular service, I’m Very grateful for you all! Love Denise

  My niece lost her earrings so we came in browsing for some earrings that were secure for a teenager. We were immediately greeted by Fiona and Izzy who were both absolutely lovely. Fiona was our primary sales person and gave us enough space to browse without hovering. We ended up buying two sets of earrings and a necklace. When I was having trouble deciding on what necklace and studs, Fiona and Izzy were so helpful. I usually buy my fine jewelry from a Kendra Scott, but the prices are so much more affordable at Gorjana. I also love the expansion of selections lately. We really enjoyed the entire shopping experience and will be back to buy more. THANK YOU FIONA AND IZZY! Management - please give them some kudos.
