  The staff here are so incredibly rude and dare i say possibly colorist. I walk in, no greeting. Another girl (white) walks in and is immediately greeted and asked if she needs help with anything. I wait around for help as i planned to buy two pieces i really liked. I asked for help, but the vibes were so fake and bad that I just had to leave. Where is the customer service and willingness to do your job. I see that this mine isn’t the first complaint about the service. Gorjana Valley Fair definitely needs to clear the now staff and bring in friendly staff who care about the customers. Super disappointing.

  Bad customer service and disappointing quality. The bracelet broke within two months of purchase, which I’ve never experienced with other brands even after years of wear. The fact that they mentioned the jewelry is “stress tested” still doesn’t explain the experience I had with the bracelet. I was originally planning to buy a second necklace from them, but decided against it because instead of addressing my concerns about the quality, the employee kept pushing me to buy another bracelet. I ended up switching to another brand and purchased two pieces at nearly four times the price, and I’m much happier with both the quality and the overall experience elsewhere.

  I have been a loyal Gorjana customer for over 4 years and I came to the valley fair location to do a simple exchange of tarnished jewelry. I walked in there, wasn’t greeted, and when I explained to Isabella that I wanted a replacement for my tarnished necklace, she says in the absolute rudest tone “wHeRe?” That’s it. Just “where?” This isn’t my first experience with her, she is consistently the rudest person i’ve ever met to the point that I am scared to walk in there. She was super hesitant to give me a replacement even though it is a part of their policy. I’ve truly never encountered someone meaner than this girl, even though I was so polite to her. Isabella and Fiona are the rudest employees i’ve ever met in my life, and unfortunately I will have to stop shopping there because they made my Gorjana experience so bad multiple times.
