I had an issue with a pair of Nike shoes I purchased, and although I wasn’t expecting anything, they took the time to help me and treated me with so much understanding and respect. What meant the most to me was how genuinely kind they were. I used to work here years ago, and it was really nice to come back and still be treated with the same warmth and kindness. Angelica especially went out of her way to help me, and I truly appreciate it. Thank you both for making what could have been a frustrating situation into such a positive experience. I’m very grateful! ❤️
