I’d like to give Sarah a huge shout out for her professionalism, kindness, and going above and beyond for helping her customers. As soon as someone walks in, she greets them. If she is organizing merchandise or fixing something behind the counter, she’ll prioritize a customer to walk up to them and help them. And she will ask her staff to do the same. She has set the bar high for customer service. I look forward to shopping with her ( as my stylist) in the Winchester location.

Not even a minute after I stepped into the store, the amazing person at the counter was so attentive and asked me if I needed help immediately. No need to even speak up and he offered to help me look for the exact color I needed. The lady there got to work immediately and even wrote down the suit she found suited best for my ask. 100/10 customer service. Attentive and on point. Would come back!
