  I walked into the store looking for a suit jacket for a wedding and was going around looking for the exact color. Not even a minute after I stepped into the store, the amazing person at the counter was so attentive and asked me if I needed help immediately. No need to even speak up and he offered to help me look for the exact color I needed. The lady there got to work immediately and even wrote down the suit she found suited best for my ask. 100/10 customer service. Attentive and on point. Would come back!

  Didn’t feel like just a customer here at men’s district, was suited in about 15 minutes. Process was really fast, Alfonso has many years of experience and it shows. Definitely recommend coming here to east ridge men’s district.

  Went here last night to find a shirt for a special occasion coming up and I was helped out by a dude named Issac. He is such a nice guy and I felt taken care of from walk in to walk out. He helped me understand sizing, fit, and brands that, “casual man,” and “DXL,” has to offer depending on what I need. I will definitely come back because of his customer service and genuine interaction with me was top tier! Thank you again!
