My husband and I so appreciated her professional opinions on style and fit. She was attentive and really listened to what we wanted and needed. Finally, we have found a place and a professional that helped us achieve success in styling my husband in a way that both compliments his looks and makes him happy. The clothes are lovely and are of good quality. The store is also charming and intimate. Fitting rooms were clean and nice looking too. We are definitely coming back again and again to further update my husband’s wardrobe!

Although the store’s posted closing time hadn’t arrived, the employee inside was already folding clothes and refused to let me enter. Having worked in retail myself, I understand that employees want to wrap up at the end of the day. However, if a customer makes the effort to drive to your store (especially in a busy area) you should honor your posted business hours. Closing the doors early sends the wrong message. I used to recommend Bonobos often in my previous job because their representatives regularly visited our store and always gave the impression that the company was well run and customer-focused. Unfortunately, this experience didn’t reflect that at all. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
