  I returned the item, but I still have not received my refund. I contacted the company about this issue, but it has not been resolved. I am very disappointed with the customer service and the way my return was handled.

  Don’t even try to go buy a gun here because they require a lot of information just to even look at their guns. Horrible customer service. They talk more with each other then engage with customers satisfaction. If you have the balls to get rejected by all means feel free to try. As a first time buyer don’t even try because it will ruin your experience trying to exercise your second amendment!!

  Went in today and applied for a credit card and got approved. Also got a free Bass Pro hat and a lint roller for just applying. I got a $20 store credit so I got some free items. I love the program they got with the credit card. Also I brought my own hat to the store. Hope one day my hat could be in their store as one of the products. I'm praying. 🙏🦀📞🌟 The customer service to help me apply for my credit card she is very sweet and nice. You could also get a $25 in-store credit points for each referrals that apply for a credit card even if they don't get approved. This is a great way to help the store and also help yourself. I just love being in here it feels like a sanctuary. I love the outdoors camping, crabbing, and fishing.

  Everything under the sun...and more. However, I checked out the fly fishing section and found fly tying materials to be limited when compared to a specialized flyfishing shop. I suggest you check prices on your phone before buying. For example, a plastic box I looked at was twenty bucks and on line, seven. In the boat department, a salesman answered a question but left me feeling I didn't fit the prophile of a wealthy enough person to buy an expensive boat. Looks are deceiving; dismissive attitudes deadly.

  This review is about one of their sales person, a tall, very blond young man in a white polo shirt. Today is Labor day. He approached me and intimidated me. He said, I quote, "Do you want me to charge you?", for feeding cats a football field away from the gate of the boat yard across Cherry. The Bass Pro didn't pay rent in where I feed feral cats. He knew he had no ground. He must think an Asian, female, with an ascent is an easy target for bulling. Such a person is qualified to be hired as a sales person. My point is: Bass Pro Shop doesn't pay rent for the parking lot with the charging station. Your employee has no right to approach me and threaten me. If your employee believed I broke the law, he can call the police. He threatened me because he is employed by Bass Pro Shop and he thinks that gives him authority. I am just as an American citizen as he is. I am not someone he can target on a public street and intimidate. Respond to the owner: you can find out more details from your own employee: Labor Day, around noon time, who took a man and two young boys to the boat yard. Your employee is a tall and blond young man in a white polo shirt. The burden to maintain your reputation is on the store owner, not on me.
