Despite it being our first time in the boutique, we felt incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived for the appointment. Alice is exceptionally knowledgeable about the collections and displayed so much patience while helping us and answering our thousand questions regarding the jewelry, care and maintenance. She is very easy to talk to and made the entire process feel personal and seamless. We felt very well taken care of and highly recommend booking an appointment with her!

Despite being a prominent brand, there are numerous complaints regarding the service rather than the products. I consistently experience difficulty reaching the store, and the website is non-functional. Perhaps it is fortunate that I am unable to connect, as it appears the staff may not be particularly accommodating.
