The woman working at this location with a shaved head told me I couldn't return a pair of sunglasses I NEVER wore due to there being a "scratch" on them. I'm convinced this was a fabricated lie and a ploy to get me to exchange them, because I know there was zero scratch on them. She proceeded to spread misinformation and told me I could go to any other sunglass hut to return them which was a blatant lie. I hope to be reimbursed for my time, money, and inconvenience. And that the proper disciplinary action is taken so that this woman can't inconvenience anyone else.
