  I had a wonderful experience at the 250 stockton, SF, location with staff member, Crensha. My partner and I were looking at different items, we requested suggestions to look at items that may be a good fit. My face has a really low brow line, often have glasses hit my cheeks before nose, and a larger face that does not fit aesthetically or practically with sizing of glasses (I am Asian descent with a larger head). At first, Crensha mentioned how most padded glasses (to accommodate for the low bridge) is normally specifically ordered, HOWEVER, she worked diligently and brought me over 10 different glasses that fit my preferences to try on and I was able to find a fit I would not have been able to without her! She also gave me plenty of time to think it over, myself. These glasses were also not something I would have personally picked up due to experience with ‘what fits’ and what doesn’t and would like to acknowledge her expertise. ❤️ I also want to acknowledge her patience as I alternated between multiple glasses for ann extended period of time, while she was supportive in whichever decision I chose. 🫠 Shout out to Reed for the final decision! 🎉 She was also able to support my partner in confirming his purchase of glasses and determining the best choice. 👏 We decided on the Versace OVE2295 with a purple tint and OPR 24ZS for our glasses. Finally I wanted to add that we had entered the shop after over 13 hours of traveling, probably looked less than the best, while I sweated between trying on different glasses so we could get new sun wear coming from Washington state. Staff graciously passed us different products while making us feel welcomed. Additionally (because I was sweating a lot) I noticed how much care they took in setting aside some glasses we tried, without judgement, to wipe down before placing them back. Personally, I really appreciated this, as you took care of others while not shaming us for smearing the glasses. Again shoutout to LaCrensha. She does amazing work while being supportive of independent choice. We highly recommend her if you are in the area ☺️We had a great experience and wish you were our local shop!

  I came here a week ago and the service was great!! The girl who helped me was super helpful when helping me find a certain pair of sunglasses I saw on the website. Unfortunately they didn’t have the exact ones I was looking for in store but she found ones that were very similar that I was happy with. The few times I’ve been to this location to buy sunglasses they always have a good selection and the service is always very good. If you’re planning to go to a Sunglass hut or a place that sells glasses I’d recommend this location.

  I both Oakley Meta IA glasses 3 weeks ago and they doesn’t works. Nobody is answering my request for changes. Im living in Buenos Aires, they dont have whatsapp contact, not email contact, no customer support. I sent messages via website. No answers

  I went in to buy glasses and ask the staff for assistance, but she had a very bad attitude, was unwelcoming, and rude.

  The best sunglasses choice with the most incredible staff. Especially big shoutout to Anahita & Cresh who went above and beyond for me in ways I couldn’t imagine. I am so very pleased and I would go there again in a heart beat. A must visit if you're in SF for a new pair of beautiful shades. Thank you & happy holidays!
