The guy told me I would have to go to the Sunglass Hut in SFO airport to do my return. This made zero sense. When I asked him to explain why, he told me he had to go because he had customers, and abruptly hung up on me before I could say anything else. This was bad service. The location in Union Square took my exchange no problem.
