  Very nice, has a lot of options that are way more affordable than Tumi's selection. Much more selection and a very helpful staff member who gave us all the information we needed

  Clean and nice shop with many items. Staffs were really kind, knowledgeable and patient(when we tried many different items and changed mind last minute). When I saw them recommending one of the cheaper items, it was nice to see them not just trying to sell the most expensive ones. We purchased two travel luggage and we are glad came here compare between items instead of just purchasing online. Highly recommend.

  The store staff Matt, Jon and Darrance were very good. The store manager Topp was not there but he trained his staff well.

  We had a defective suitcase from Sam's Club and the helped us out to get a replacement quickly without any hassle so that we could catch our flight in time. I would highly recommend this store and their customer service. Thank you!!!
