  I had the most amazing experience at YSL in San Francisco for my birthday! Stanley and Andres were extremely kind and helpful. They made my day! They made my shopping experience so much fun. They are personable and will treat you like family. Out of all of the other designer stores we visited, Stanley and Andres provided the best service! The store is beautiful and clean. They have a great selection of high heels and purses.

Her communication is always timely, thoughtful, and professional, and she consistently makes me feel like a valued client. Debbie is genuinely lovely and kind, which makes the whole online shopping experience even more special. I’ll absolutely continue shopping with her — a client for life! I went in to purchase a Loulou bag and specifically wanted one that was factory wrapped and completely brand new. Andres was incredibly attentive, and accommodating. He immediately offered to special order it for me and arranged to have it FedExed to my home within just three business days. The entire process was seamless and exceeded my expectations. What truly stood out was the full luxury in-store experience he provided. He took the time to walk me through the differences between lambskin and calfskin, and even explained the updated lambskin used for the newer Loulou bags that’s less delicate and more durable. I never felt rushed, he was knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about the brand. As a thoughtful finishing touch, he even packed a beautiful Saint Laurent shopping gift bag inside the shipment so I could still enjoy that boutique experience at home. Andres made what could have been a simple purchase feel special and elevated. If you’re visiting the SF Saint Laurent boutique, ask for him, you’ll be in the best hands!

  Just had my bag repaired. They did a great job repolishing the medal and buffing the leather. Service is always great! Love the store love the brand.

  I have been to this store during Dreamforce and had the most amazing experience with the sales exec treating me & my friend so warmly. We ended up purchasing 2 handbags for each of us and as we were travelling for work, they offered to ship the boxes to our home address. Since then we both did not receive the boxes, I called twice to their store number, shared my home address multiple times and was promised that it will get shipped.Yet nothing yet. So disappointed with this kind of unprofessional behavior from such a renowned brand.
