  Epic five-star experience from start to finish! I made an appointment in advance and had the pleasure of working with Bryce, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about Rolex and watches in general. Everyone at the store was warm and welcoming, which was refreshing given some of the negative stories you hear about the traditional Rolex retail experience. I brought my brother-in-law with me, and he still can’t stop talking about the experience. Bryce made the entire process enjoyable and memorable from beginning to end. I highly recommend Bryce and the entire team!

  Five stars aren't enough—10/10 experience! I cannot say enough good things about Kerns Rolex SF! Every single time I visit, the entire staff is incredibly warm, welcoming, and always greets me with bright, genuine smiles. Whether I come in with an appointment or just drop by unannounced, they are always so patient, attentive, and ready to welcome me in. A special shoutout to Rachel—she is absolutely amazing! She is deeply professional and has an incredible knack for understanding exactly what I'm looking for. Every recommendation and piece of advice she gives matches my personal style and taste perfectly. She never fails to suggest items that I truly love. If I could give them a 10-star rating instead of just 5, I would do it in a heartbeat! Highly recommended to anyone looking for world-class service and exceptional quality

  I cannot say enough great things about Bryce and the experience he provided. From the very beginning, he made what can often feel like an intimidating process feel personal, genuine, and memorable. Bryce went above and beyond to understand what this watch meant to me, not just as a purchase, but as a milestone and something I will cherish for a lifetime. His professionalism, patience, communication, and attention to detail were exceptional. He truly listened, kept me informed, and worked incredibly hard behind the scenes to make something very special happen. What stood out most was that Bryce treated me like a valued client and not just another transaction. His passion for what he does and his commitment to creating a meaningful experience were clear every step of the way. Thanks to him, I was able to celebrate an important chapter in my life with a timepiece that carries so much significance.   Some moments in life deserve to be remembered forever, and for me, this was one of them. Receiving my grail watch wasn’t simply about acquiring a timepiece, it was about commemorating one of the most meaningful milestones of my life: my wedding. Being able to receive it just two weeks before my wedding day made the experience even more significant. Every time I look down at my wrist, I’ll be reminded not only of that incredible day, but of the journey that led up to it. From the very beginning, Ashly, Rachel, and Bryce made every interaction feel personal, thoughtful, and genuine. They treated the entire experience with the highest level of care, professionalism, and enthusiasm. At no point did it feel like I was simply buying a watch. They understood what it represented, and they made sure the experience reflected that. As a watch enthusiast, I’ve always believed that the watches in a collection should tell the story of your life. Each one should mark a meaningful chapter, a milestone, or a memory worth preserving. That’s exactly what Kern’s San Francisco gave me. They didn’t just help me add another watch to my collection, they helped create a memory that will forever be attached to it. One of the most meaningful parts of this journey was being able to share it with my kids. They came with me as we stopped in to inquire about the watch, checked in throughout the process, and celebrated when it finally arrived. Those visits became memories in themselves. One day, when it’s time to pass this watch down to them, it won’t just be an heirloom, they’ll remember the excitement, the anticipation, and the moments we shared together as a family leading up to receiving it. There are certain experiences in life that stay with you forever, and this is undoubtedly one of them. “Special” doesn’t quite capture what this meant to me. It was unforgettable, deeply personal, and something I’ll cherish for the rest of my life. Thank you, Ashly, Rachel, and Bryce, for making a lifelong dream become a reality and for creating an experience that I’ll never forget. It’s rare to find people who understand that they’re not simply selling a product, they’re becoming part of someone’s story. I’m incredibly grateful that you became part of mine.

  My boyfriend has always brought me into Rolex stores everywhere we go for the past 5+ years. I was never interested and wasn’t always paying attention.. till we got engaged. We planned to get married in May 2027 and I wanted to surprise him with his first Rolex as a wedding gift, one he’s been trying to get for years. I started secretly noting down his preferences whenever he would drag me into a Rolex store and I started the process a few months ago. I entered the store and Jeff Avina welcomed me. Jeff was down to earth, kind, knowledgeable, and most importantly, he was honest with me about how hard it was to get his wishlist watches. He said it was great that I was starting early and he will do his best to work on getting one by next year. About 2 months into the process, I had to tell Jeff that we moved up the wedding to the following month because my mom was now late-stage breast cancer and her life expectancy was short. I know it would be very hard to get any of the wishlist watches within that time frame, so I told him I was still fine sticking with our original plan and it can be a one year wedding anniversary gift. He wasn’t able to get it in time, but he did get it shortly after the wedding and its actually perfect, cause I can gift it to my now-husband as our 10 year dating anniversary gift! When I got THE call at work, I was so excited and anxious, I only got 4 hrs of sleep that night. I was wondering which one he got, as there was only 2 wishlist items. I prayed to the universe it’d be my first preference. Jeff must’ve heard my prayers cause he got me the Sprite / GMT-Master II!!!! I was estactic!! My husband is actually left-handed and has been wanting this watch for over 5 years! I know this watch is very hard to come by, and I was sooo happy he was able to make it happen. He told me my other choice actually came in around the time of the wedding, but he didn’t want to add more stress to my life at the time and thought he would hold out for my first choice, and I’m so glad he did!! My husband actually decided to tell me right before the wedding he was 50/50 about his second choice, so I’m very very happy that Jeff was able to work his magic and get me my first choice!! Can’t wait to surprise my husband in Sept, he will be over the moon! Jeff, thank you so much for all you’ve done and for making these milestones in our lives a little more magical. You are AMAZING!! Looking forward to continue working with Jeff at Kerns, because I fell in love with a watch for myself and that’s my next wishlist item lol!
