  I had a great experience at Kerns Fine Jewelry and would highly recommend them. Bryce, my sales associate, was outstanding throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel pressured. He made the experience enjoyable and, most importantly, helped secure the exact watch that I was looking for incredibly quickly. The level of customer service and attention to detail really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back to Kerns Fine Jewelry and working with Bryce in the future!

  I’m super super happy I got a Rolex from this boutique! I’ve been coming here for a little while now and i have to say it’s been my pleasure to be able to go through this journey with their team! They are all really kind and very helpful. Special shoutout to Daimen who showed me all the different pieces and taught me a bunch of history that goes into each piece and the differences between them! i was able to get a better idea of which watch i wanted because of him. He was also able to secure my dream watch which was the mint green 41 datejust! it’s absolutely beautiful and I’m stoked that I have it in my collection!

  I was shopping in San Fransisco just to pass a little time between meetings in the Post St. area and happened upon a Rolex Dealer Kerns. I stopped in because I'm always in the market to seize a new watch opportunity. I was met by Bryce Jones, a very pleasant man. I inquired about what they may have in stock. I was asked a series of questions and lastly was asked if I'd be open to some suggestions Bryce may have based on what he heard from me. Of course I said "sure, let's see what you've got". What I was looking for when I went in was a GMT II w/ jubilee bracelet. After several minutes of waiting for Bryce to return. He finally came out with several watches on a platter which I could not yet see. At that moment I realized Bryce was not in the back having a coffee but was putting together a full display based on our conversation. Cutting to the chase I was shown Rose Gold GMT II, Rooter Submariner and a couple other watches. Somewhere during this I was handed a SkyDweller black dial in 2 tone stainless steel/ Gold. This watch hit me right between the eyes. The SkyDweller was never on my radar in previous years but this watch screamed "pick me". Less than 15 minutes later I was walking the streets of San Fransisco wearing my latest Rolex while my Premium Apple Watch sat stowed away in my pocket the rest of the day. Great experience with Kerns and Great job to you Bryce Jones. Im a month late on the review but I couldn't be happier to give you a 5 star review.

  Exceptional experience at the Rolex boutique. I highly recommend making an appointment if you want a more tailored and personalized experience. During my visit, I had the pleasure of working with Rachel, who was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. I came in with my wife and daughter, and the whole team made all of us feel genuinely welcome. Rachel took the time to show me the watches I originally came in to see, while also thoughtfully curating a few additional models I hadn’t previously considered so I could properly compare options and make the right selection. The entire experience felt elevated from start to finish with outstanding customer service. Truly a first-class experience and one I’d highly recommend to anyone considering a Rolex purchase. I look forward to my next visit!

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Bryce at Rolex. I wanted to surprise my husband with a very specific watch he had been trying to purchase for some time, without success at other Rolex boutiques. Our request was not an easy one, as the particular combination we were looking for is extremely desirable and hard to come by. Although it took a few months for the right piece to become available, Bryce made it happen — and the wait was absolutely worth it. Bryce is truly exceptional: highly professional, knowledgeable, always positive, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. He helped make a dream come true, and I’m sure my husband will be working with him directly many more times in the future. Thank you, Bryce!
