  I recently visited for the first time and was absolutely blown away by the experience from start to finish. Nini’s attention to detail and genuine care for her customers is unlike anything I’ve experienced in retail. From the moment I walked in, Nini took the time to understand what I was looking for and made the entire experience feel personal. She answered all my questions and left me feeling like I was their most important customer in that moment. It’s clear the team is expertly trained and willing to go above and beyond to build real relationships with their customers. I definitely plan to return to Rolex / Kern’s SF in the future and highly recommend you check them out if you’re looking for a world class buying experience. Be sure to ask for Nini by name.

  My experience at the Rolex boutique in San Francisco, operated by Kern Jewellers, was absolutely exceptional. From my first visit, the team provided a warm, professional, and personalized atmosphere that made the process of selecting my first timepiece truly special. I am particularly grateful to my advisor, Daimen Seid, whose expertise and guidance were invaluable; he took the time to understand my preferences and introduced me to the GMT-Master II, which has quickly become my dream watch. The service I received was nothing short of world-class. Daimen’s commitment to building a genuine relationship—combined with his efficiency in helping me secure my watch just in time for my birthday—made for an unforgettable experience. I cannot recommend Daimen and the entire team at this boutique highly enough to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and welcoming partner in their watch-collecting journey.

  There are moments in life so meaningful that you know you’ll remember them forever. This was one of those moments for me. Receiving such an incredible timepiece was a milestone I’ll always cherish, but what made the experience truly unforgettable was the way everyone at Kerns made me feel. From the moment my wife and I walked through the doors, we weren’t treated like a customer, we were treated like family. Jeffrey embodies what world-class customer service should be. His professionalism, genuine care, and attention to every detail made the entire experience feel personal and special. He didn’t just help me purchase a watch; he helped create a memory that I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life. There is simply no reason for me to shop anywhere else. Kerns in San Francisco has earned my trust and loyalty for life. After all, when you become part of the family, there’s no reason to go anywhere else.

  When I went into the store, I was seated and asked to wait for an associate. Ashley came and greeted me. I had asked to see some Submariners and she went and got them. I started talking about the watch as well as some of the differences with the Rolex GMT I was wearing. It seemed she did not know much about the product, but that's fine. What irked me is when I held the Submariner next to my GMT and mentioned that I wanted to see them side-by-side to get a sense of the looks. Her comment was, "Make sure they don't touch." It was said in a condescending tone. First off I'm a long-time watch collector and wouldn't cause damage holding them in separate hands next to each other. Second I'm not some kid who's handling things carelessly. Third, the store's Submariner model was fully stickered. At no point was I uncouth. I just expressed interest in the watch and talked about my thoughts and some of the features I liked about the model. The rest of the interaction wasn't pleasant. She was dismissive and suggested I go back to the store where I purchased my GMT lol. This is the experience I received here.

  I had an outstanding experience working with Jeff Avina at Kerns Rolex in San Francisco. This was my first Rolex purchase, and I was hoping for one of two models that I would have been thrilled to own. Jeff came through with a Submariner, and I couldn't be more excited. Like many people, I had heard stories about long wait times and difficulty getting a Rolex, but Jeff made the entire process enjoyable, professional, and transparent from start to finish. He took the time to get to know me, understand what I was looking for, and kept me informed throughout the process. When the call finally came, Jeff was very accommodating of my schedule and made the pickup experience smooth and stress-free. There was never any pressure, games, or unrealistic promises—just excellent customer service and genuine professionalism. Purchasing a Rolex is a special milestone for me, and Jeff made the experience truly memorable. If you're looking for a Rolex and want to work with someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about his clients, I highly recommend asking for Jeff Avina at Kerns Rolex.
